Pros

- good commission plans - RSA for performance and achievement - Growing Company Culture and maturing approach to management

Cons

- Low base salary compared to other organizations at this level - Lack of full lifecycle involvement with customers, too much hand off to other departments. This had the effect of both alienating sales from service, and creating misunderstandings and straining customer relationships.
