High growth environment, many opportunities to take initiative. Strong product and a more global company than most.

Cons

Immature in many ways. No real company wide culture. Siloed departments and offices.

Pros

- Strike your own balance between work and play - Can have access to anyone in the company if you initiate it - Performance reviews are important - Strong product in a fast growing sector - Compensation is very good

Cons

- Sometimes it feels like a bigger company than it is - Senior Management could communicate better - Culture feels way too much like working at a massive company. No real identity in the office.

Pros

Compensation is great (no cap) People are great - enjoy coming to the office everyday Customers are great and looking to make a fundamental change to their business Stock Grants to every employee RRSP contribution's by the company great benefits

Cons

Some people don't see the value in having a holistic view across the entire organization. We use NetSuite to run NetSuite so there's no hiding. The KPI's are there, you can't hide. Management is pretty stable so there isn't a lot of upward mobility at the moment
