Great product, great people, great culture. - competitive compensation and benefits - lot's of learning possibilities - fast pace environment - your contribution actually makes a difference - stable company in an exciting space

Cons

Have more opportunities for different teams to meet and great. Since the company is spread across multiple floors it is hard to meet everyone. More staff meetings with different teams.

Pros

- Competitive pay package - good benefits - variable PTO - good work life balance - various opportunities to learn - great product and huge one too - you really get to contribute - growing very rapidly - there is something about the company that makes people stick to it. - company is doing good in this volatile economic market - Work from home is allowed on fridays

Cons

- sometimes it gets challenging to cope up with deadlines - more process oriented, but being a public company, i think it has to adhere to those policies now - loosing its start up kind of environment and getting corporate day by day - all depends on what kind of manager you get. You may be lucky to get a manager who will guide you(like me) but some people don't have that fortune. I think this holds true for many other companies out there - There are only one or two people working on a big feature (due to the vastness of the product). This makes it more stressful sometimes and makes the company dependent on them for that area.
