Program was extended from 12 months to 18 months (last minute) lower pay of 55k when you can go to salesforce for 70k mass lay-offs awful management- multiple HR complaints against multiple managers and nothing happens you have to do sales readiness assessments prior to being eligible for promotion-you get scored but they don't tell you your score there is no work/life balance
