Good management for the most part, great colleagues, good culture.
Cons
Super broad territory to work but because of how many reps there are, it’s challenging to find prospects. Barely anyone hits their number. The rich stay rich with continuous referrals and great inbounds being given to them. Constantly figuring out the fit and solution. Each conversation/sales cycle is different because of the range of industries
