      Being older and having several jobs before this one has truly allowed me to see this opportunity for what it is. The training and support is amazing. This company has the perfect balance between team effort and individual accountability. The growth potential within the company is fantastic as it is merit based. Not only can one grow in their current office, but everyone has the opportunity to open their own office. The opportunity for growth is available to all agents who are willing to put in the time and effort to get there.

      I didn't find this opportunity soon enough.

      Pros

      The management is very supportive. Training is 5 weeks & very hands on. I went to New Western first & they gave me a binder, trained me for a week & basically said good luck. At Networth, from the very first day all of the Acquisitions agents & regional managers pitch in with helpful advice. You’re paired with either a Regional Manager or a Senior Acquition Agent for training & you go out in the field & learn hands on how to grow your business. Even though you compete with your coworkers everyone in the office is there to help you get your business together. It really is a team environment.

      Can’t think of a thing. If you like making what you deserve & the autonomy to run your own business, come work here!!

      Pros

      Amazing company, where I choose my hours and ultimately my future. The harder I work, the more contacts I run into, the more deals we get done as an office whole. Simple as that. NetWorth Realty has been a huge success for me and my career. A huge added bonus, the company trips that are planned, everything from Big Sky, Montana to Cabo and everything in between are absolutely incredible!!!!
