      Pros

      Great reputation, Great Training, if you're interested in learning the wholesaling business, this company can easily turn you into an expert. Company culture is fun and party like atmosphere.

      Cons

      Extremely self driven business, no leads are provided. You have to work hard and way more than 40 hours a week to be successful.

      Pros

      Great training and support. You'll learn everything you need to know to be successful. Company has a great reputation in the community and does business the right way. You can go from being a new hire to opening up your own office in 3 years if you're willing to put in the effort, put in the long hours, and follow direction.

      Cons

      You'll be working 6 days a week, 10 hours a day to start if you want to succeed. That's what it takes. Not everyone can or is willing to do that. You need to build your business to the point that it starts working for you, and that can take a year or two.

      Pros

      I am fairly new at NetWorth Realty and everyone is super welcoming. The co-workers are great. Training is awesome. Office environment is friendly. The company has a lot to offer.

      Cons

      Commission based position. So don't forget you will get out of it what you put into it.
