Awesome opportunity. Sales experience is a plus but not a must. Entire team pushes you to succeed everyday because its mutually beneficial. Positive thinking and momentum can create mind blowing results!

Cons

Not easy. Hard work. Staying motivated can be tough. It's not for everyone. Be ready to give everything you've got. Think of the hardest coach you've ever had, that's this job!

One of the best places to work in my career. Great people tons of support and positive affirmation really give you the knowledge and tools to succeed. Management is good if you want to break in to Real Estate investing no better place.

Cons

Need to be self-driven its hard work not for all, but it will pay off. Must be well-rounded.
