Your own goals are what make you successful here. If you want it, it will happen. Easy to apply what we do because the product we buy and sell is so desirable, I mean who doesn't want to buy a house for 50% of what its worth!!!

Cons

You don't get a paycheck by sitting at your desk doing nothing.

Pros

Awesome income potential. If you work hard and invest right, you can retire early. Freedom to come and go as you please. Everyday is different. Learning the real estate business while making money.

Cons

Stressful at times. If you don't produce, you won't make money. You have to be self-motivated and get out of the 9 to 5 job mentality. This job is not for everyone. But if you are willing to work hard and do what you are taught consistently, its hard not to make money.

This job truly is one of the best opportunities to become a one percenter. The work environment is fun, competitive, and also supportive. Tremendous growth opportunities within the company for those who are willing to work hard.

Cons

You must be willing to work 10-12 hours a day, six days a week for the first 12-18 months. Like any business, building a solid foundation takes time initially, but the rewards are well worth it.
