Pros

Working for yourself, building your own business network up. It is a very rewarding job, the more you put into it the more you will get out of it. Plenty of people around the office to help you succeed in this job.

Cons

If you don't want to work hard to better yourself then this is not for you. You must be self motivated. There are really no cons, if you just do everything you are taught.

Great work atmosphere and earning potential. Everyday something new. Can be your own boss and make your own schedule. What you learn about investing is invaluable.

Cons

Commission only. If you're not buying and selling you are not making money. Having to get NMLS license. The test can be brutal.

The ability to be your own boss and build your own business. You will get what ever you get out what you put in the job. No salary caps. The office provides the basic building blocks to get you started and then it is up to you.

Cons

This career is not for everyone. It takes time and patience to learn. This is not a get rich quick game. I started with Networth with no real estate experience and just out of college. I was provided an environment to where I could learn make mistakes and grow.
