      A great company with a wonderful office culture.

      Pros

      The office is all together just a good environment to work in. Everyone here cares about what they do and wants to be here. The owners are great and your managers are always there to help you with anything you may need.

      Cons

      The one thing that may be a con for some but is actually a pro for me is that you can not be delicate and work here. Everyone is super nice but there are a lot of different personalities in one office and there may be friction at some point. You must be able to get past this.

      Pros

      If you can follow a proven blue print to success and are truly self motivated, you will have the opportunity to earn in the top 1% of American household incomes. The on the job training is excellent and you have the opportunity to make money day one which is extremely rare in the 100% commission based world of real estate.

      Cons

      You will have to dedicate ten to twelve hours a day, five to seven days a week for at least two years in order to build a proper network base that will propel you to the next level. Its not rocket science, you just have to be willing to put in the time.

      This company is basically a pyramid scheme. No benefits, no base pay, no support. This company’s business model is intended for the owners to get rich and bleed associates dry.
