Pros

NetWorth Realty is the definition of a company that rewards effort, integrity, and perseverance. The leadership from the top down is strong, transparent, and truly invested in helping people grow both personally and professionally. The Core Values aren’t just words on the wall — they guide how we operate every day and create an Atmosphere of success, collaboration, and accountability. I started as a sales associate with no prior experience and, within three years, was given the opportunity to join the leadership team and help open a new office. The training, mentorship, and performance-based structure make it possible for anyone willing to put in the work to build a lasting, lucrative career.

Cons

This business requires grit and consistency. It’s not for anyone looking for quick wins or an easy paycheck — but for driven, coachable people who take ownership, the reward is well worth it.

Pros

Working at Networth is a fast-paced and high-energy experience. No two days are ever the same — every client, property, and deal brings something new to learn and overcome. The environment constantly challenges me to grow, adapt, and sharpen my skills, both professionally and personally. I’m surrounded by motivated people who push each other to succeed, and there’s always an opportunity to learn something new — whether it’s mastering a sales strategy, understanding market trends, or improving client relationships. The harder I work and the more I learn, the more I earn. It’s a career that keeps me on my toes, rewards my effort, and gives me a genuine sense of accomplishment every single day.

Cons

Networth Realty can be demanding and time-consuming. It’s not a 9-to-5 job — evenings, weekends, and last-minute calls are common. I also spend a lot of time on the phone, talking with clients, leads, and other agents, which can get exhausting. It takes strong communication skills, patience, and balance to keep up with the pace, but the rewards make the effort worthwhile.
