      Pros

      The team culture, the unlimited profit potential are by far the best. Truly at the end of the day its the ability to work with likeminded people who all have similar goals and want to see you succeed, this is unlike any other career.

      Cons

      This job rewards the effort you put in. With strong work ethic and discipline, you’ll succeed. Expect to work hard early on, the big results and income come later in the year. This isn't a con as much as it is a realistic expectation for an average new hire... I'm sure you're not average!

      The pros of this company are only for the individuals that are tired of getting paid for their time and are ready to make a career and a life in real estate. The opportunity is there for everyone to achieve their goals without the struggle of starting from the very bottom, working alone, and not having the money to start in real estate. All you need is a willingness to learn, 110% effort, mental toughness and trust in yourself/system.

      Cons

      Only con is this is not for everyone. This is the Navy Seals of real estate everyone thinks its cool to be apart of the group but not everyone makes it. We challenge you and we push you to do more.
