      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere. Amazing luxury accommodation. Newly refurbished office in the heart of Media City. Very friendly individuals and staff. Different social events (including Hackaton,Dockyard). Quick, easy to follow training paths in niche technologies. Big companies/clients, constantly expanding. You won't find a better way to kick start your career!

      Cons

      Have to be flexible with locations however if the option is available your preference will be taken into account. Apart from that there are really NO CONS!

      Pros

      Great working atmosphere with everyone in the office been friendly and easy to get along with. The office is in Salford quays a new and upcoming part of Manchester, with NETbuilder supplying really nice accommodation in the middle of Media City, so it's just a ten minute walk down the canal every morning. Plus beer on a Friday, pool tournaments and welcome drinks for any new recruits. Massive opportunity for anyone lucky enough to get a Job here, I'm so happy to have secured my future with this amazing company.

      Cons

      No pay during training is possibly the only thing I can think of however the company let you know this long before you start so arrangements can be made, all rent and bills are paid for including internet.

      - Company paid for nights out at the local pub - Company paid for holiday after a year's work - Pool League tournaments and mandatory Friday social time - Great opportunities for jobs anywhere in the country - Great banter with colleagues and trainers - Great training in multiple niche technologies - Friendly office environment - Office Charity Events - Cake Bake Off - Give Graduates a chance for a decent job early on

      Cons

      - Lack of internet at the Riverside Apartments - Lack of internet bandwidth at the office - More notice/communication about moving for placements would be appriecated
