Pros

I would recommend any of my friends work for this company. I absolutely love my managers & my coworkers.

Cons

Because there are so many great people that work here sometimes it has hard to stand out among the crowd. Have to be driven and ready to take initiative.

Pros

The culture is driven by a set of core values highlighting: Constructive Conflict, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Integrity and Customer Success. Not just words on a plaque, the core values are central to every decision made, every performance review and are exhibited throughout the organization on a daily basis

Cons

If you are not comfortable making your opinion known, taking risks and learning from failure or executing on responsibilities, this is not the place for you.

Pros

Unlimited vacation. No one pays too much attention to what you're doing as long as the job gets done. Frequent breaks for foosball. At least an hour lunch. The working day is supposed to end at 5, but in reality it ends at 4:30.

Cons

Limited growth. Very poor health insurance and retirement benefits. A relaxed atmosphere is okay, but perhaps monitor how people act a little more...is it really necessary for the constant cussing and swearing? Some points of contention between Market Dev Reps and Account Executives. Have a thick skin or it will eat you alive.
