Pros

Netchemia is a place where you can make an impact starting on day one. The company culture is one of lifelong learning, and as such, management truly values (and expects) professional growth. You won't just be showing up to work to put in the hours but will instead feel a part of something bigger, as the company maintains a "start-up" feel. Senior leadership is very transparent about the health of the company.

Cons

As a rapidly growing company, things can change quickly, so you have to be adaptable. Some of the other reviewers also mentioned limited advancement opportunities due to the company size, and while that may be true, management does a good job of helping you "trace" your career path with the company.

Pros

Being a fresh graduate, Netchemia offered me the opportunity to catapult into the work world with ample guidance and support. Having supervisors that are hands-on during my training and everyday growth as a Market Development Representative. Motivated by the option of looking at failure as a chance to learn, my daily work routine is fostered with trust and enjoyable company. My colleagues are always available to provide advice, help or as a friend. The company works and plays hard together. We attend multiple sports, team-building and holiday events throughout the year. And of course we can't forget the foosball table....

Cons

Being a part of a growing company, expectations are adjusted frequently and the only challenge is to take the additional initiative to adapt to the changes.

Pros

This was my first full time job. Great place to work with some really intelligent and great people. The work environment is great. Fun also go hand in hand with work (foos ball, celebrations, football games, BBQ etc). Awesome people running the company.

Cons

Great place to start your career. Difficult to scale up the corporate ladder, mainly because of the size and structure of the company.
