Full remote, flexible schedules, hands-on managers. You will be deploying impactful features frequently.

Cons

Too many meetings, benefits could be better. Legacy codebase is very complex, so expect to work late at times to address production issues.

Pay does not meet industry standards Lack of continued education within the company No room for advancement Management lacks experience and training Hostile Atmosphere within individual departments and cross-departmental Negative Culture Shift Since Company Merger The new CEO is condescending and lacks leadership skills Human Resources/Culture Team needs to be reevaluated No Training Department Health Benefits have changed negatively since merger.
