      Great opportunity - fun, flexible and opportunity for growth

      Pros

      - Adapted very well to COVID. Most employees went remote, COVID policies to keep us safe went into effect and were well communicated, leadership was transparent about the company's finances, no one was laid off. - It's a fun environment - each team seems to have it's own culture, but all of your coworkers are going to be nice, helpful and engaging. A lot of close friends are made at Netchex. - There has been massive growth in the past five years in both revenue and employee count, which is on track to continue. There is a lot of opportunity for making your own path within the organization, increasing your skill set and finding something your passionate about.

      Cons

      - It's a fast-growing company, so there are the typical growing pains that coincide with that - big projects, stressful (sometimes unrealistic) deadlines, directions can change frequently. - Pay for the front-line employees is lower than it should be.

      Nice office building. Good benefits. Paid insurance. Made good relationships with co workers. Employee outings. Willing to hire without experience

      Cons

      Poor management Poor communication Poor training Over worked and under paid Poor staffing with an extremely high turnover rate No respect for their employees and very fake

      Great Potential and Great Team

      Pros

      Fast growing company with lots of opportunities for growth. Has the beginnings of a modern, agile company that I would like to remain part of for years to come. Team members and the work we do makes me excited to come to work everyday. Flexible work arrangements are available to support work/life balance, but they do vary per department. Leadership is engaged and making continuous steps to improve.

      Cons

      Opportunities and insights into business decisions are not communicated well. You will need to invest in self-advocating in order to fully benefit from the fast growth. There are ongoing efforts to improve diversity and inclusion, but there is room to mature.
