Pros

Flexibility No Micro Management Management that understand family first, employee second Fair pay Realistic Goals Company that prefers to find where you thrive rather than dispose of you Praise sent to those who EARN it!!!! They aren't afraid to let everyone know when you kill it. At the same time, they will tell you where you need to step up in a CONSTRUCTIVE way.

Cons

Sometimes, they hold on to problem employees longer than they should because they don't want to terminate. They would rather try and place you in a different role. This is GREAT most of the time, but sometimes the terms are necessary.

Pros

The were purchased by investors in 2023, and had major improvements like the firing the CEO in 2024, These are steps toward a better company.

Cons

the core values have been lost. It is a high volume payroll trying to be HCM saas with old code. So much to fix before it is compettive in the market place. Poor ledership is an understatment,

Pros

Have made some great friends in the trenches. Historically, if you weren't male or part of the boys club you did not get ahead. The new leadership and new CEO, David, seem to be serious about changing that and changing the culture which it was time for. He is respectful of employees which is a huge shift from the predecessor who was not shy to shame and yell at people.

Cons

having a manager who does not advocate or their team is hard when you see other teams love their managers. sometimes feels like our voices have been completely unheard before (but am hopeful this is changing)
