Pros

From day one I have nothing but a great experience at Netchex. The entire team is collaborative, supportive, and fun to work with. The benefits are outstanding compared to other places I’ve worked. The company has been growing year after year and its amazing to see the HR team working hard to bring programs such as the Diversity and Inclusion Council to Netchex.

Cons

I really don’t have a con. You do need to be a self starter and self reliant to be successful. Don’t rely on the doom scrolling and negativity of others determine your future. It’s bright. You just need to actively participate.
