Great Product and Talented People, but Ongoing Instability Hurts Morale

Many genuinely good, hardworking, and supportive people across the company The product itself is strong and has a lot of potential in the market Teams often want to do the right thing and care about customer outcomes

Cons

Ongoing instability creates a sense of uncertainty and lack of psychological safety Frequent organizational changes made without clear planning or process Layoffs and terminations feel sudden and poorly communicated Micromanagement is common and limits autonomy and trust High expectations placed on employees, but leadership does not appear to be held to the same standards Decisions often seem driven by the board rather than grounded in day to day realities
