For me, the people I worked with on a daily basis. Solid people overall. 4-5 stars for them. Getting a free lunch to write a positive review.

Cons

CEO and executive management. You'd think after being an exec for 14+ years you'd be better. Respect others (willingly). Admit when wrong. Empower your staff. Nope. Greed and power. That's it. That's the truth.
