Thanks for the feedback. A few thoughts and objective data about your notes above. It’s long:
You are correct – As our company continues to rapidly grow, we are all experiencing some growing pains and I would agree that everyone feels the stain of that, on occasion. Workloads can vary at any given time across any given role and can seem too great around specific times of the year. It is during these times that we may request employees to limit time off so that the workload can be evenly distributed. However, these times are the exception and not the rule, as we know the importance for employees to have time off to recharge.
Our employees are our best asset, and we value the work that each person contributes to Netchex. We seek new leaders who consistently reflect our core values, put in the hard work and are driven, regardless of who they know or how long they have been with us. However there may come a time when may have to tell someone that he or she was not selected for a promotion. It's never easy as we have so many incredible team members throughout the organization that do such amazing work. This is why we believe in creating a culture where promotions are not the only form of advancement.
Again, I appreciate the feedback, and we are taking this, along with others received to address all the places we missed in delivering a great employee experience This helps us make NETCHEX a better place.
If you would like to share more about your experiences, please feel free to contact me directly so that we can set up a time to talk. Thank you for the time that you have spent with us, and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
With Gratitude,
Will Boudreaux – CEO
