Pros

The sky is the limit if you’re willing to go for it. Personally, being challenged daily with the reassurance of a “go get it” mindset, I know that leadership is here to help me refine my skill set, elevate my career, better myself, and genuinely care about my long term success. If Netchex cannot become someones family, then perhaps it is time to have a deep hearted conversation with the person in the mirror. Embracing change is a must which is why there are unlimited opportunities for grow from within. Top level leadership is genuine, energetic, upbeat, and driven to succeed, yet still take the time to get to know you at a personal level.

Cons

As with any organization experiencing explosive growth, there are pains among the way. Leadership is extremely forward thinking and fast acting which creates a fast paced environment and it can be hard to keep up.

Pros

- Culture! I look forward to coming to work everyday. Everyone has such fun personalities - but more than that, they're talented, supportive coworkers. We have so many team building events, and it's such a unique place to work in Southern Louisiana. - It's a long-term career. You can grow with Netchex. When I first started, I made less than half of what I make now. I've learned so much on the job, gotten promotions and more responsibilities, and it's because Netchex invested in me. I feel valued here. - Never boring. We're growing FAST. I never know what I'm going to walk into each day, which keeps my job interesting and keeps me innovating. I feel challenged here. - Upper management is fully visible and accessible. CEO and co-founder walk the halls and chat with employees about sports, music, their families, weekend plans, etc. And this obviously also extends to being able to talk to them about ideas about the company, as well.

Cons

- Managing growth is hard, and there have been missteps. Communication between departments can be difficult and inconsistent, and this leads to people feeling like they're not being heard, or ideas not being successfully implemented before they're abandoned.

More than a job, a career

Pros

- People really care about you at Netchex. I've seen team members and management really go the extra mile when myself or fellow team members have been in a tough spot - Constantly evolving. It's not a place you'll get bored. As a relatively young and growing company, there are new initiatives, depts, roles created which give you an opportunity to learn new things - Competitive Compensation and awards. Great comp plan that really rewards performance with peer recognition, trips/incentive, and very competitive wages and commissions - Involved/Engaged leadership. C-level all the way down cares about individual success. I've seen the CEO get engaged on an individual account multiple times to help them win it. - Good work/life balance. My boss has allowed me to schedule business trips around family time, work from home, etc. - Listens to their team members and clients. The Software Dev team actually listens to the sales and service team when planning out the following years dev initiatives

Cons

- If you don't like change, you may not like it here. Since it's growing fast things can change more quickly than an older company. - It's definitely a place you need to be willing to be flexible. Especially if coming from a larger company, you may have more responsibility at Netchex than you would have at a national competitor. - Might struggle here if you aren't a self starter. Territories are much larger here than at many similar jobs and managers aren't in the field with you every day. You need to be a self starter and willing to work to build your presence in your market to be successful at Netchex
