Pros

Benefits probably would be the only pro!

Cons

Company ran poorly. To much of a turnover with employees. Some of the management could care less about their employees.

Pros

Great culture - work hard, help clients meet their goals, and have fun while doing it. The company has found and retained incredible employees that span across each department. Executive management is down to earth and willing to roll up sleeves to help in any way - Their support is known and felt through the organization. One of the best comp plans for Sales in the industry. I have seen other plans and they don't come close. The technology is truly impressive, and continues to evolve to stay ahead of competition. Netchex clients often say that it is the easiest platform that they have ever used. The Service Dept is absolutely over-the-top incredible. My clients never stop telling me how much they love their "Service Team".. Sometimes I get jealous, but I deal with it.

Cons

Processes change as the company grows. Be willing to be flexible and learn as change occurs. Leads for sales are not handed out on a silver platter - If you are looking for an easy job to make average money, this isn't for you.

Pros

Imagine that you are able to run your own business within another. You receive a market and can go about cultivating it on your terms. They have a defined sales process (rare in this industry other than the classic show up and throw up.), they know where they win and what types of clients they are not a good fit for. Yes, they are growing company and they continue to develop their internal support but that's one of the biggest benefits. I get the ability to help cultivate that structure! No where else does a sales rep get a voice in the internal structure of an organization! Unlimited Commission - No Caps!!! Ability to be more hands on with the Implementation Clearly defined Quotas Tons of Sales Enablement tools Marketing Teams that actually works with SALES!

Cons

Just like any other sales job, it's a contact sport. The negatives are the same as any other company, long hours, getting told no, smaller brand name (which really is a good thing so there is no stigma), admin work (CRM).
