      Pros

      Family atmosphere, fair, generous, opportunity to advance, overall an amazing company with very few cons. Upper management truly cares for their employees.

      Cons

      Instructions change too frequently therefore making learning/training difficult. Chain of command could be followed better, when there is an internal issue and written policies do not always match verbal instruction. Easy fixes!. Biggest con... Im sad to no longer be a part of Netchex.

      You get attached to the employees! Loved them and was the only thing that kept me there. It's a job

      Salary is awful for what your expected to do. No work/family balance. Management are puppets controlled by executives and are not giving the resources to do their job! CEO is egotistical and doesn't care about the employees. He only acts like he cares because he knows he has to put this front to the employees. UNDER STAFFED!! Everyone is doing the job of two! The software needs a lot of revamp to be better and executive are more worried about the look rather than the overall functionality and how the employees are using it!
