      Really awesome company to work for. Great start up culture that can be a whirlwind at times, but is also very family oriented.

      Cons

      Communication can sometimes be challenging - mixed messages from management are common. Mostly due to growing pains.

      Pros

      Awesome company and great leadership. The CEO and VP of Sales really do care about you and want you to succeed. Free Benefits and $600 a month car/cell phone allowance. Fast growing

      Cons

      Ramp up time is 6-8 months, at least. When they say you'll make $75k-100k first year, that's very unlikely unless you're in the top 3 Year to date of company. Very small company doing a lot of business. They need more positions to handle all of the need.
