Salary is fixed is the only best thing...but if u enter company seeing tat then u will be in trouble.

Cons

Every thing is built no work...worst thing is developer will be made to configure excel sheet and upload to the server...which school kids can do ...Java developers be careful.... Even 10 years experienced technical people will be given the same...

Pros

1) Good learning curve, wont get saturated as the framework is so big 2) No tight deadlines, work as you wish on your timings 3) If you think to walk you can walk, if you think to run yes that too, if you want to fly also yes in NC (I mean NC has options to utilize your fullest potential and its based on your willingness) 4) Hike perks are very good and completely based on performance. 5) Futuristic projects and I see lot of opportunities in the promotion ladder as the company is in growth pace. 6) Managers are approchable at any issues. 7) Leaves are approved without any hassle's.

Cons

1) No open feedbacks and appreciations 2) No awards and recognition Since, pay is very good, I don't mine on these, though missing some personal touch. :-) I guess, HR is working on these points.
