      Good Work Experience and Worklife Balance

      Pros

      There is a trust which the employee can earn and take great leaps. With my experience here, I have never seen a turbulence in the environment during work or in general times. Best company to work when it comes to work-life balance as the company understands the needs of every employee.

      Cons

      Though the office in Hyderabad is expansive and very energetic with lot of activities, I work out of Bangalore. The office space is little less and the management is unable to get various activities done.

      Pros

      Repetitive work where you don't need to apply any brains, If you like SQL/PL SQL then good place to work.

      Cons

      Higher management don't care for its employees. The reason is that the work you do is so simple and repetitive that you can be easily replaced by any fresher and full politics are there, Mgmt will not hear to you, Manager Ratings are final. No new technologies are there. They have their own Framework in which you have to do all dabba work.

      Pros

      As It was a part of subex earlier, the HR policies were very good and the team had very good bonding too... But after Netcracker take over there are not many pro's...

      Cons

      Many employees stay on bench for a long time Sometimes work is as good as for a data operator, don't understand why they need an engineer for that. No good project work for Indian branches. No major opportunities to grow
