      Netcracker Product is good and easy to learn

      Cons

      They are too many. No work life balance. Everyday you will have to live with the fear of job being taken away. They don't have enough projects. They hire and give substantial hikes and release people as and when they feel to.

      Russian Federal Organization, full of politics, Hiring 10 percentage and firing 15 percentage every year with out any reason. No Hike on time but firing is on same time every year. Their core product is on GWT which degraded in market and full of complex environment which definitely ruin the career of new joiners. NO career/technical growth . I don't have any positive concern related to this organization. No value for the their ground level of resources even though they are firing freshers. First time saw in my 8 years of career.
