- Biased Senior management in Pune center - Performance of Senior Management in Pune Center is worst, They provide little help or opportunities to their fellow team members - Extreme politics and favouritism by Management to few employee's - HR Policies are worst, they change at anytime. HR's doesn't have much weightage or say to anything, at least for India center. - Most of the work are accounted or managed by Russian counterparts. Indian managements doesn't put efforts to pull or account any work. In larger terms, it looks like India centers are On-shore destination for Russian counterparts. They frequently travel to India offices by creating some business reasons, but Indian members are never sent to any onshore or Russia offices
