Very stable company with a wide range of projects, and way of working. Starting from the slow product development to the"fire" implementation with the ability to travel abroad all over the world. Work/life balance strictly depends on which type of project you are working.

Cons

No salary compensation over economic inflation. You need to ask for it for management. The maximum salary increase (after employee request) is 20% over the year, but normally 10%.
