1. Good pay package 2. Immense opportunity to learn 3. Flexible work timings 4. Work is more of an individual contributor thereby offers a lot of exposure with the Customer

Cons

1. Weak management. Resources are often left in the lurch and they have to fend for themselves 2. Ukrainian and Russian resources are aggressive in behaviour 3. Work pressure is enormous which leaves employees drained and gasping for time 4. There is absolutely no Work-life Balance and one needs to strive to strike a balance.
