      - opportunities to be initiative, suggest and share ideas, and make them reality; - company supports people in difficult/crisis situations like a Covid pandemic; - large serious projects, where you can make your contribution; - international team + very talented and intelligent people everywhere; - good management with a personal approach; - a culture of being open-minded and helpful to each other; - competitive salary and transparent payment processes; - flexible work hours with an opportunity to work from home

      - organizational structure is not easy to understand; - sometimes, decisions are made slower than expected because of many approvals
