      Pros

      I've gained some invaluable experience here working along side some of the brightest engineers in the field. Interesting culture since a majority of their personnel are from eastern Europe. Overall, a great place to work.

      Cons

      Only complaint would be the benefits, they are lacking in some areas..

      Great company to grow your career!

      Pros

      Although a larger company, Necracker prides itself on it's entrepreneurial spirit and culture. There isn't a lot of "red tape" or lines to the top which fosters a climate of growth from within. No matter the level you start, the company has shown over the years that through hard work and dedication, your career will grow tremendously. What ever path you find yourself interested in.

      Cons

      Very fast paced and agile company - with an entrepreneurial spirit. Due to it's global services business - Netcracker can sometimes feel like a continuous changing environment. Which may not be suitable for all.

      - Competitive salaries - Good Benefits - Nice office, good location - High-level professionals - Opportunity to speak English daily - Remote/Hybrid work

      Cons

      - Communication problems ( This happens when not speaking your mother language ) - No commission - The parking lot is not free even for employees
