Perfect company to start career in IT and/or in Telecom spheres

Various projects in Telecom domain in a lot of countries. Possibility to travel a lot and see how works CSPs from inside. Huge amount of different components and solutions.

Cons

Small salaries. Lot of newcomers. Slow professional grows.

Pros

Although huge, the company tries hard to keep processes documented and clear. Loads of challenging and really interesting work for business analysts. You get a chance to practice versatile skills and learn new ones. The company provides a lot of training.

Cons

Definitely, too much managerial bureaucracy. Sometimes the workload gets crazy. Tenured employees are in no hurry to share their experience but are quick to criticize. Lots and lots of time wasted on observing the "right process", getting the approval of one hundred managers, and calculation of man-hours. The buzzing in the huge open-space office was... distracting.
