Different projects all around the world with leading telecom providers. So your experience completely depends on your project and department. Awesome teams. Own product. Internal trainings.

Cons

Unclear career perspectives, but everything depends on your department and boss. No feedback from managers to subordinates. Little value of an employee. Slow processes, a lot of bureaucracy. Questionable sales process - they do indeed develop features only after selling them. But competitors do the same.
