      Organizes many events and encourage team building, employee communications

      Cons

      No Yearly hikes, We have to follow up many times to get one hike in 2-3 years. Does not test or improved technical profile. People working for 10+ years are not given promotions instead they hire managers from outside. Higher management is mostly busy tracking attendance and WFO guidelines instead of improving/strengthening teams
