Decent hikes (provided you get one) I have got only 1 in last 3 years.
Cons
- Hire and fire culture, if you are not having any new project assignments before the end of the previous one you will be fired within a day, there is no concept of bench. - Free travel, lunch, discounted health and gym services all have been stopped. - Management getting worse day by day. (I was said that I was not joining daily BA meetings even if I was not invited to any such meetings) - If you are not in good components then there is no growth. - No one can understand their performance review process. - One has to strictly follow Dress codes and office timmings. - Constant pressure of performing exceptional and solving large number of issues else you will be called underperformer. - Most of the people, irrespective of performance will be under constant fear of getting fired especially during the mid of the year. the list goes on ..
