1. No as such. For people who planned their retirement who doesn’t care about hire and fire.
Cons
1. Old technologies, no coding standard, 2. After joining you will have to attend interview for specific project if it clear then only you will get work otherwise 6 month Netcracker Training. 3. Three days office compulsory and that too 8hours no matter what you do. 4. No extra perks 5. No yearly hike culture. Minimum 2 years you have to wait for 5% hike. 6. Most of the projects are under Russian people’s you have to do only task which are assigned to you. 7. They won’t involve in the meetings. Or discussion.
