      "Netcracker is a Great company with lot customer business sense. The place is with loaded opportunities. It is our choice to grab these opportunities and earn respect by performing at peak and showcase the added-vlaue to the business. The moment you start showing unique value, your growth will be taken care automatically. I am enjoying my role and I believe You too"

      Cons

      Like any other global company after aquisition, we have to deal with multiple paramters to adapt to the culture quickly, understand management mindset, pace required to meet the targets/goals, produce unique results against challenges etc., are great learning and adding to experience. It is an advantage rather disadvantage

      Pros

      Recognizes the contributions of employees. Forward thinking with a sound business strategy. Great product and solution suite. Sticks to their core values.

      Cons

      Very aggressive - if you like a challenge, it is a great place.If not, may not be for you. As we are growing quickly there are the normal growing pains, but rather have those than the opposite!

      Pros

      Sales team is active and trying to get new business. Support of transitioning more work to India and that helps to do more work and involve in challenging work. Getting opportunties to travel more. Continuing the same employment. located in the home state.

      Cons

      More control centric and lot of things are transperant. Leadership is lacking at the center and lot of confusion who calls the shots- whether HR or center head or the group director. Company has become less employee friendly after the transition.
