No Induction, somtime it happens after 3 months. No product Training. They assume one is working on their product from childhood. Managers hide themselfs behind new joiners and expect performance without newjoiners knowing the product. There is a politics of Subex Old employees which were acquired by netcracker. NetCracker rusian employees are helpless and are totally dependendent on subex Indian managers who only want subex old employees in prime positions. There is very less s/w development. If one joins it one should have one backup offer also as they have 3 months Review period. HR function is totally a play of managers. its sucidal to join this organisation, and it feels a trap after 2-3 months. If you join , join it for a break, and try to get one more offer and relax for 3 months here as you cant grow here as blood sucking managers are on top of you , second Rusian developers cant speak in proper english(added confusion which these blood sucking managers utilize for their benifit)
