Pros

1. They have their TOMS suite for OSS/BSS solution. 2. They have customers which provide little work to them. 3. Russian developers are there in each project. 4. Salary is good.

Cons

1. If you are thinking you will get good work in Java/Spring/Hibernate then think twice before joining. 2. Lot of communication gap between Indian and Russian in terms of technical discussion. 3. Work culture is entirely different.Nothing is in place in term of working in project.No HLD no LLD and they expect you to figure out solution which u feel hitting head on wall. 4.HR people are puppets and have no powers.They will listen you but cant do anything. 5. Not a company to stay long soon u will fed up with their workstyle.

Pros

Good Work and nice client list which they are losing one by one as they are not ready to lose people

Cons

Its a Managers Company .....people need to make their managers happy in order to survive in this company or to go onsite or to get favors. If you don't appease your manager he will take revenge in yearly and half yearly performance review.

Pros

Only at the time of joining people may get good initial package and false promises of quarterly hike . May get good feeling as they discuss dev customization api all good terms during interview but in real work is absolutely rubbish .

Cons

1.>Only few people who are just bootlicking there managers so called LM's are manage to sustain their job as skilled people don't stay because most of the people are lacking technical so that's only option. 2.>No hike , they will push you to work 12-13 hours and at the time of hike will say that they are in loss wow nice trick , there loss never recovered and it will never as they are running this ship with bootlickers i.e. lacking technical 3.>Very few projects they have after hiring they will ask you to give another interview ok not a problem but they are so stupid that they tag a backend dev in frontend project and ask them to appear interview really they are so confused. 4.>Clients don't trust them already lost two clients since i was there. 5.>Indian employees are on least priority they didn't gave hike since 3 years , they micromanage all work and all at the time of hike they just kick people out saying project work almost shrinked so resign else will fire. 6.>Few employees think this is their dad's company literally don't do anything just log unnecessary hours and do lot of zoom meeting and think they are champ.
