      Initial good salary Not much work so lot of free time

      No job security No work also means no growth, no learning, no importance of you in related projects Very less hikes relate to other MNCS There is no proper mentoring or grooming for freshers , completely upon the mercy of good project leads to help you in things where you get stuck.
