      You can work for a company that will do everything for you to be able to close your deals - everything - you have to know what you are doing, you have to be clever, rough, dedicated

      Cons

      If you are looking for a place to spend your time - go to somewhere else - no results no job

      Pros

      Lot's of people to learn from on all levels - starting from talented Dev/QA Leads to guide you through the technical details ending on Senior Management levels where you really understands why some large businesses could be successful while others not. Great opportunities to work really close to customer not only for management and sales but for all delivery team (BA/Dev/QA).

      Cons

      Company is somewhat greedy for personal time. But my believe is it is necessary evil you have to accept if you are going to be successful in any company.

      Pros

      Great people with consistent positive attitudes and will to win. NetCracker is a company that has been a successfully run business for 20 years and maintains that "start-up" mentality. It is noticed by all teams throughout the globe. This company is not done growing either and I'm excited to see what the future holds.

      Cons

      None that come to mind.
