      Dynamically Growing Company with Family Atmosphere

      Pros

      Since the first day in the company I felt like I became a NetCracker family member. The atmosphere is democratic and friendly. Company is developing dynamically and it brings lots of career opportunities for its employees. If you work hard and thoroughly you will be promoted.

      Cons

      This is definitely not a company for those who want to work strictly from 9 am to 6 pm. You need to dedicate yourself to your project to be successful here.

      Rewarding experience at Netcracker

      Pros

      Netcracker is a highly customer focussed organization and it currently has capabilities to provide solutions across the entire BSS/OSS stack. This basically opens up opportunities for Netcracker to get more customers , correspondingly increase in the revenues and hopefully the end margins as well in the long run.

      Cons

      Flat structure with career growth opportunities being limited. Leadership Trainings are non existent. Not sure how succession planning occurs.
