Indian "leaders" are just puppets of Russian management, and have no say. - Company poses as product based, but internal structure is service based. You have to go through interview processes for every new project probably every 6 months. - Long bench time. Many senior members have to be on the bench for several months sometimes. Again, you become outdated. - Threats and bullying. New top leaders would actually threaten you over your experience & relieving letters, just to squeeze extra time & work out of you in the notice period. Yeah, no kidding. Hope this helps.

Russian dominating firm, they can fire you anytime if they are running out of the projects budget. No bench facility. They have their own framework which will not give you more exposure to any new technology.
