      This company is a great place to work for people looking for exposure in BSS/OSS space. There are plenty of opportunities for on-site travels and client interactions. Lot of scope for quick professional growth. This company is a very aggressive competitor. This company is for people who are seriously growth focused. This company is not for people looking for 9-6 job.

      Cons

      Inconsistent local HR policies. Inexperienced and non technical local leadership. Penny wise pound foolish support services

      Pros

      There are no limits to what you can accomplish. If you have an opportunity to expand the NetCracker footprint to existing or new customers, everyone is there to help all the way up to the CEO. I learn every single day which makes my career more exciting than ever before. Getting outside your comfort zone is scary, but the most rewarding.

      Cons

      NetCracker has grown quickly and while I do not need a lot of structure and rules, there is a lack of information sharing. However, through internal networking, what you need is there - you just have to find it.

      Pros

      Intensely growth and result oriented. Adapts to fast changing business dynamics. Decision making seems to be lot faster than peers. Abundant opportunity for growth for people who are willing to go for an extra mile. Less organizational layers which helps speed up the decisions and avoids delays.

      Cons

      Less secure of the job. Communication to employess could be better.
