      ...and happy to work with smart and determined people. In my view people are the best asset of our company. Company strives to maintain the open culture - everyone could share own ideas. Our Company gives a lot of opportunities, such as: - career growth - hard and soft skills trainings - work with foreign customers - study languages

      Cons

      There are many interesting projects and opportunities for self-development that’s why most people are working hard to achieve their goals. As the side effect periodically we have to work overtime and on week-ends. Certainly we have option to decline, but it’s difficult to leave your team in hard time.

      Pros

      NetCracker is a company that challenges each and every employee to do their best and continue to learn and grow. During my time at NetCracker (5+ years), the company has experienced exponential growth. There aren’t many companies who are growing at the rate which NetCracker is and it is exciting to be a part of not only that growth but the team behind it. I have had the opportunity to work with people from across the globe as well as to travel to some places that I would otherwise have never been able to see. If you are willing to work hard, the opportunities for personal and career growth are endless.

      Cons

      NetCracker is not a company for people who do not enjoy challenge and the opportunity to learn and grow.
