Where should I start! Looking at most positive reviews on Glassdoor, it seems that the management pays these folks to write positive reviews. No good can come out of this hellhole. People who work well are made to work like donkeys and people who don't (and have good rapport with the management) have the best time of their lives! The "pseudo-managers" in the India office cannot handle situations and revel in bureaucracy. The HR department is a farce. The way they speak and harass outgoing resources can be held against them in the court of law. If a resource resigns to look for better prospects, these HR people and the local pseudo-managers will make sure that the employee's life becomes hell during the notice period. So the mantra to survive in this company, especially in the India offices is to be a slave to the pseudo-managers, do no meaningful work, and never question anyone if you see anything stupid or irrational happening around you. If only Glassdoor had the provision for rating companies in negative!
